I have a room available in a very nice, clean, quiet townhouse in the west end. Private room and bathroom with utilities incl. The room is unfurnished. The rest of the home would be shared/common space. Easy to find parking near, on the street OR if you have a small car, I have a space in a garage for an extra monthly fee. (Optional) The location is close to all amenities, the Whitemud, Henday and West Edmonton Mall. Down town is a 20-25 min drive. Looking for someone respectful, clean, quiet , non smoker and who likes and is willing to help with my dog once in a while, so a dog person is preferred!
