One bedroom available in a two bedroom owner occupied townhouse in the west end of Guelph (near Willow/Imperial). Currently furnished with queen sized bed and reading chair. Can provide a plastic table as a desk. Large closet. 3 piece bathroom in the basement for your individual use. Shared kitchen. Laundry available. Utilities and Internet included.
Parking may be available for $25 extra (rented from condo corp). There are a few bus stops within 1-2 minutes walk.
Must like animals (1 dog, 5 cats), but not bring any of your own. No overnight guests. No smoking/vaping. Tenant’s insurance required (usually around $20-25/month). Must be vaccinated standard and Covid (I have a young nephew to protect).
Lease length flexible, 950/month. Students preferred. Big plus if you go home on weekends/holidays.
