Spinnaker Circle

I currently have a 3 bedroom townhouse that I am looking to rent out rooms in! This room is upstairs, the master and has an ensuite with a tub and a spa shower. The kitchen is spacious and is free space along with the attached living room. There is a small balcony leading out from the living room. The view is beautiful!

I live in the basement currently, my name is Sam and I am 24 years old! Currently in a long distance relationship, working part time and going to school online for medical administration. I do have a dog so sometimes she barks but she does only stay in the basement, along with my cat Larry.

I am outgoing and often like to play music (but not too loud) and I love to take my dog for walks in the area :)
