Spinnaker Circle

I am renting out three bedrooms on the top floor of a townhouse. This is the smallest bedroom, it does have a beautiful window seat though so if you’re into that vibe I would recommend! The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. It is a full bath with the tub. The main floor has the open kitchen/living room and is free space to all roomies. There is also a small balcony leading out from the living room, the view is amazing!

Currently it’s just myself! I am Sam and I’m 24 years old, working and going to school online for medical administration. I love to sing, and listen to music, play games with friends and hopefully my roomies too! If you want :) I don’t get noisy but I do have a dog in the basement with me, she does bark occasionally but not for long. I hope to connect with some cool people that also need some support navigating this economy!
