The second floor of a townhouse with two bedrooms, living room and bathroom is provided for two individuals and a shared large kitchen with laundry facilities is on the main floor. Each bedroom has a single bed with bedding supplied, a dresser, desk and bookcase. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, loveseat, large screen TV, tables and lamps. Towels are supplied for the bathroom. The kitchen has a large fridge, full stove, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, and lots of cupboard space. High speed internet, Telus TV, electricity and water are all included. It is a 15 minute walk to the UVic campus.

One of the bedrooms is available as of April 2023 for a male student because of the shared facilities with another male. The prospective tenant must be a non-smoker, drug free, mature and responsible, and be willing to do his part in keeping the common areas clean. He must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. No overnight guests and no pets are allowed.

The owners Theresa and her son Daniel occupy part of the main floor and the basement. Daniel is semi-retired and works as a math and computer science tutor at UVic.
