Large home with 4 bedrooms and reclaimed wood floors and plenty of space to feel comfortable. Gas, hydro and wifi included for up to one device. No smoking but not against cannabis or cigarettes just not on property. Looking for responsible roomie. Small dog and or cat allowed no big dogs sorry. Must be potty trained and no high wattage devices allowed as hydro is high and we have enough heat and hot water. Ideal for working professional

Sharing with one other person at this time and you will have the largest room in the house with your own bathroom. Shared shower and kitchen. Living room shared but bedroom is as large as a small apartment. Plenty of space
