I’m looking for a short term (1-4 month) roommate for my house rental in King Edward Park. This FULLY FURNISHED rental has everything you need for a shorter stay. Your room has a bed, dresser, side table and optional desk. The kitchen is fully stocked and best of all there is a spot in the garage for your car!

The location is so lovely with the Mill Creek Ravine only blocks away, and being walking distance to Bonnie Doon Mall and the Ritchie Market. It is super close to Whyte Avenue and Downtown, with convenient access to transit nearby.

Other notables: All utilities included, non-smoking, no pets, and shared yardwork/cleaning. You must love dogs as I have plans for some dog sitting. Damage deposit is $400.
