Large master bedroom and attached full bathroom in 2700 sq ft home on small farm with lots of space and light. High speed internet included. Shared areas include large kitchen, dining area and living room. Large yard and patio in both back and front of house. Located on a quiet no thru road in a peaceful neighborhood. Close to Langley city, Aldergrove and Highway 1 (not on a bus route). Extra parking or storage can be discussed at additional rate.

I am easy going and friendly but introverted and keep to myself mostly. I’m usually out in the barn or in my office. There are pets in the house so you’ll have to be ok with animals but I keep it clean and tidy. I take care of the yard maintenance and house cleaning I just ask that you tidy up after yourself. No hard drugs or party animals!! That being said, I’m not a prude and enjoy the occasional drink myself. 420 is ok and smoking is fine but outside only.
