1 bed/1 bath with basement living space available for rent. The room can be furnished with a double bed or unfurnished. There is a sectional/coffee table and tv in the basement already.

Shared laundry and kitchen. Fully fenced backyard with a BBQ and deck.

Quiet single female with a medium sized dog. I work from home 3 days a week, so would also need someone who is relatively quiet.
