There are study rooms and common areas to socialize or do work and every bedroom comes with it’s own desk. The apartment comes with all modern appliances including oven, microwave, fridge and in-unit washer/dryer. It’s a very reasonable walk to school, the mall and various cafés and restaurants.
My roommate does have a cat but she has the private room so the cat goes in there a lot and the other room I share with is currently unoccupied.
