The house is located in Lac-Beauport, in the suburb of Quebec (about 20 minutes drive from Laval University)
Lac-Beauport is surrounded by a lot of nature while still being close to the city. There is a ski mountain 2 minutes away from the house.
It is a 2 story house, we live at the second floor, you would have to entire basement to yourself. You would also have access to all the facilities which includes a heated pool and the backyard which is perfect if you have a dog or to do social gathering.

I live with my Fiancé, Wlwe have 25 and 26 years old. We also have a super friendly dog named Liano (an australian sephered)
