Renting out my 2000sq ft. basement. I am not a good photographer, and the pictures don’t do any justice. NEED SO SEE IT IN PERSON. Basement includes a massive private living area that is furnished with a couch, table, and TV. The basement has 1 Large bedroom. Large walk in closest. The bedroom is not furnished. Private 3 piece bathroom to yourself. Half kitchen - recently installed cupboards and counters, has a private fridge and a hot plate also being installed. There is tons of living space, storage, and windows to allow for natural lighting. There is a hot tub in the back yard for relaxing also. (Could arrange a second bedroom in the basement if desired its currently just storage) The only shared space is the laundry area. Looking for a mature individual. Preferably a full-time working adult. Smoking must occur outside at all times.

Single father of two kids, I have kids one week on and week off. I own a dog, blue healer, he is very friendly and well behaved. I Work full-time Monday to Friday.
