Room available to rent as of the 1st of March - $1250 p/m + utilities of hydro and wifi (split never works out too crazy eco expensive!).

We are in a ideal location, right off of Lougheed highway which makes driving anywhere you need to get super easy, as well as having all stores and amenities you’d ever need within a 15 minute walk / 5 minute transit, it’s also a 10 minute bus ride to either Lougheed sky train station or Burqutilam sky train station.

We have a washer dryer in the house, large kitchen/living room area, private parking, lovely garden, and the bedroom that is available is in a wonderfully cozy room with a great view! Because it is a reasonably sized property as well, there is plenty of space for storage if you should need to store some items - something we can discuss if needs be.

I am looking for someone to share this 3 bed house with me in Maillardville, Coquitlam.

It is a cozy place, with lots of great perks and amenities. Within very close distance of all shops and amenities you could ever need, as well as being right next to lougheed/trans canada highway.

I am a quiet, hard working, professional who enjoys being at home in my downtime. I am not a party person, and ideally trying to steer clear of that for someone who wants to move in as we live next door to a family.

I have one small chihuahua who is a rescue and two cats. The cats are always hidden away snoozing somewhere, Polly - my chihuahua is a rescue who is a little scared of new people. Once we introduce you and she gets to know you she will love you dearly, but if you’re someone that has frequent visitors this isn’t the post for you as like I mentioned, she can have a bit of a tough time with lots of new people all the time.

There are two other people who live with me currently, but are moving out end of March/April making this available start of April. I am only looking for one other person to fill one of the other rooms, and then just splitting rent with me on the whole place. It is probably just a bit too much of a squeeze for 3 individuals to try and live, which is why I am only looking for one person to split the rent on the whole place with me. Split two ways between myself and whoever moves in will be $1250 per month, as well as wifi and hydro.
