Peter's room

I live alone in a 6 bedroom, 4000 square foot home (including finished basement). The rooms are all good sizes and can come furnished or not depending on your preference. The home is a luxury accommodation located in an exclusive area in south east Edmonton. It is well equipped with a chef’s kitchen and upgraded amenities. In terms of entertainment, there is a theatre room, Foosball table, and a regulation pool table. Use of Triple car garage.

I am a divorced professional in my mid to late forties. It’s been many years since I have lived with anyone but it’s a big home to live in alone and I am easy going so I thought this might work (as long as you are clean, honest, mature and respectful).
