Available for rent February 01st; or an earlier move-in date can be arranged if needed at no extra charge. Shared spaces will be fully furnished, but your bedroom is partially furnished with a bed, bed frame, mirror, and side tables. The unit has an open concept kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, A/C, in-suite laundry and vinyl plank flooring (no carpet). The building amenities include a swimming pool (closed during the winter), indoor fitness room, courtyard with bbq grills, games room, 24-hour on-site management, and indoor or outdoor parking is available for an additional mn/fee.
