Room for rent in a townhouse in stittsville, shared kitchen however i dont cook often. The house is only two years old, it’s clean, on a quiet street. It’s 5 to 15 min walk to grocery store, lcbo, gas station and quite a few other businesses. You can use the finished basement as your room (bathroom on second floor) or one of the bedrooms upstairs

I’m a clean, respectful person, most of the time I’m at work including weekends, I’m usually only home in the evenings. I don’t drink often, no smoking. Really, I only use my bedroom, the kitchen,laundry room and the garage
