About the room
Live in Jensen lakes! Offering a basement with living room, bedroom and bathroom all to yourself! The main floor is a shared living space with a half bath, kitchen, living room and massive backyard. All utilities are included in the price! You can also get access to the private beach and lake as a resident in Jensen.
Rules:
-You must be okay with cats(I have one) - cleanup after yourself and respect common space as I will be furnishing it.

Note: not pet friendly as my cat doesn’t get along with others.
