Hello everyone, I have a short term sublet available

• private room in a shared 2-bedroom/1bathroom apartment.

The apartment is located in the Victoria/Oak Bay and is walking distance to all amenities and bus routes. This apartment is walking distance to the Royal Jubilee Hospital (0.5km), University of Victoria (4.2km), Camosun College (2.8km), Gonzales Beach (1.7km), and the Downtown Core (2.7km).

The unit is a bright south facing corner unit located on the third floor and has had some fairly recent cosmetic updates (mostly new carpet and interior paint throughout). Heat, hot water, internet and hydro are all included in the rent. Laundry is shared (coin operated washer/dryer located on each floor). The shared space is fully furnished and the bedroom will be furnished.

Unfortunately, due to the short-term nature of this, sublet, parking is not available.

About me,

I am a working professional in my thirties, so my party days are behind me. I am mostly a morning person, enjoy to cook, fitness orientated, enjoy board games/chess, love plants, and the occasional movie. Otherwise, I spend the rest of my time outside either working or with the girlfriend. This makes a good quiet for a environment for a student.
