Jacklin Road

My roommate of 2yrs is leaving, so there is 1 bedroom available in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment on Feb 1, 2023. $925 all inclusive on a month to month lease, though I believe parking is an extra $50 a month. En-suite laundry and a dishwasher as well.

The building is on Jacklin rd, near to lots of shopping and restaurants. Several grocery stores are in the area, and 3 convenience stores within walking distance. It’s also right next to the Galloping Goose

The room is non-furnished, but the rest of the apartment is. I have two cats, so no more pets are allowed. There is a smoking area at the back of the parking lot, if you should need it, but no smoking/vaping anywhere else on property.

I’m in my late 20s and work evening healthcare shifts in Sidney. I’m not very noisy and usually the only people I have over are my brothers. Super chill, mostly introverted person. Vegetarian and I love to cook/bake.
