• Located a 15 minute walk from MUN, so it’s a great spot if you’re a student!
• I will cover wifi and power.
• Corner apartment on top floor, so no upstairs neighbors and only one next-door.
• It’s mostly furnished already, though new furnishings are welcome!
• If you don’t have a bed, I have a spare full-sized mattress you can use.
• I will need to take the (slightly) larger of the two bedrooms to fit both my bed and my studio equipment

I’m Chase! I’m looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment at 279 Freshwater Rd. I’m a 21 y/o male, but as long as we get along I don’t care about your gender!

• I’m very open to sharing my stuff that’s in our shared spaces (Smart TV. Xbox, streaming service subscriptions, dishes, furniture, etc)
• I am a professional recording musician, so there will be times when I need the apartment to be quiet so no background noise makes it into the recording (Although I will be gone most days from 12-6:30 for my day job and I rarely work on music in the evenings.)
• Going hand-in-hand with the last point, there might be times where I have to make some noise in my bedroom/home studio, which could be distracting at times (Most of this will be in the mornings between 7:30-11AM, maybe more on Mondays and Tuesdays). But again, I’m flexible and willing to work around your schedule however I can!
