MP's room

Looking for a roommate to fill a room in a 3 bed 2 bath house for a summer sublet. $1200 a month but willing to discuss regarding your budget. From May to September (flexible on move-in date)

House is in Gordon Head near UVic (literally within a 15 minute walk). We have 2 cats here so we unfortunately can’t accommodate for more pets 🙁

The room you’d be renting is mine - it’s the master bedroom and the downstairs bathroom is mine exclusively. There are two other roommates (one a full-time worker and one a full-time student).

Laundry is in our place and a dishwasher and we split utilities.

We’re a queer household and 2/3 of us are trans. One of us is at home full-time, one of us is in school full-time and one of us works full-time. Our two cats are friendly and cuddly and will definitely want you to pet them :)
