Indian Road

Looking for a female tenant for 2-4 months starting March 1st. I will be renting out my spare bedroom. Currently I have my whole apartment subleased until then . All utilities are included, including internet and tenant will have there own TV in the bedroom. The room rental includes access and use of bathroom, dining room, and kitchen including all kitchen supplies and tenant will have their own cupboard space and area in fridge dedicated to there own items. The Living room is for us which is why there is a tv in the room, but if we are not there, you will be welcome to use it with the understanding that if we are home that is our area to use. My Daughter lives with me Sunday to Thursday. We no longer have our Dog at the moment so no dogs will be there during the rental period. We are looking for someone who is clean responsible and quiet. We are Sociable people and very easy to get along with but like our downtime and quiet when we are home. We are close to High Park (5-10walk) Also close to multiple ttc routes which are within 2-10 mins walking distance. they include the 506 College, 505 Dundas, 504 King and both Keele and Dundas west subway Station. the neighbourhood is quiet and very friendly.

The Aparmtent belongs to myself and my boyfriend lives with me on a part time basis right now so he comes and goes when he choses. We both Work at the hospital full time. My daughter is 10 years old and is used to having roommates.
