The townhouse near to Guelph Downtown with bus stops at walkable distance. 4 minutes drive or 23 minutes walking distance to UoG. This house has 4 rooms upstairs and one in the basement. One bathroom on each floor will be shared between the two tenants living on that floor. Kitchen and common space will be shared with all tenants. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed.
