I’m looking for a non-smoking female roommate to share my wondeful apartment. I am respectful and really value a peaceful and tidy living space. I’m hoping to find someone who is the same way. No pets unfortunately. Hoping for a February 1st move-in date but I am flexible.

The apartment is a spacious 1100 sq ft unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You’ll have your own bedroom (unfurnished) and we’ll share the bathroom and other common spaces. The bathroom has a tub and separate stand up shower and we also have an in-unit laundry room.

The price for the room is $850 per month, utilities, appliances and wifi included. A parking spot can also be included, if needed.

The location is great - it’s a walking distance to public transportation (only 1 bus to get to downtown Ottawa), grocery stores, Starbucks, and many restaurants.

The apartment will be shared with just me. I am a government worker so I work from home most days. I’m 27 so no longer a big partier, I’m clean, calm, and responsible. I like my house to feel very peaceful and relaxing so I’m looking for someone who is similar to me. Love to relax, watch tv, listen to music, workout, go out for food and draw/paint.
