Hello - I am looking for a roommate for my three bedroom 2 bath apartment. The rent includes all utilities and parking. You would share the space with me, professional adult woman and my teenage son who is with me bi weekly. It’s a fairly large space in a small building. I have 2 cats.

I’m a business professional who spends a lot of time At the gym or at work. my son is pretty quiet and loves video games. We do have two cats - they are both quite friendly. If you do not like cats this is not the home for you. We’re pretty average humans looking for the right fit in a roommate. You would Be required to carry tenants Insurance.
