Nice selection of the two rooms available, the living room and common areas are fully furnished, with amenities such as a stove, microwave, washing machine, dryer, and a landlord and property manager who are very good at accommodating their tenant’s needs. Security deposit is just last month’s rent.

Two roommates named Chris and Tom, finishing up our tenure at Carleton in the coming school year. Friendly neighborhood with several other Carleton students surrounding us. Always laid back, and accepting of all.
