A larger bedroom with big closet and your private washroom, $1500 CAD monthly
Utilities all included in price (water, gas, electricity, internet et.) with In-suite laundry facilities.
Note: please read the room is on the main floor, landlord lives downstairs as it is a condo with 2 floors. You will not have a living and dining room as those are downstairs with the landlord. You will share the kitchen with the roommates, but it is a small kitchen., not a full-size one.
