Bus stop right in front of the building. 15 mins by bus to Broadview subway station. 2 mins walking distance to grocery store and Ontario Science Center. 5 mins distance to Shops at Don mills. There is lots of parks for hiking near by.
About the roomies
I am looking for responsible, organize who is mindful for cleaning the living space. I will be away between March till end of May so tenant will be leaving alone. This is a short term rental for 3 month but it doesn’t mean tenant needs to move right away when I come back. I can tolerate some time if additional time is needed to relocate. Ps; Looking for nonsmoker. Vaping is okay :)
