Bolton Street

Hey there, I have a smaller den space (9’X10’) for $800 or the main bedroom for $1200 (10’ × 14’ + walkin closet, partly furnished). Its on bolton street in the Byward area about a 5 to10 minute walk to the restaurants and bars and 15 to the Rideau Center. The appartment is clean, furnished, has a balcony, bathtub, in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, gym access and all utilities including wifi are included. If you want to put a desk by the window in the main living space there is room. My last roommate is selling hers if you’re interested. Photos will be available once my current roommate moves out. Move in date could possibly be earlier depending on their departure.

I’m an electrical apprentice in my 20s and work weekdays 7:30 to 3:30. I’m usually up around 6am for work. I like to snowboard, ride my bike, play video games. I’m pretty Introverted but don’t mind to talk and swap stories. I only have a couple of friends in ottawa and my family lives down south so there aren’t many guests coming and going.
