3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse, you can pick master bedroom or the smaller one! Right across from Bowen Park, 5 minute drive from VIU, furnishings available if needed. Washer, dryer, dishwasher - old but working. Kitchen with stuff in it.

Best part, I actually stay up in Courtenay so you’ll probably have the place to yourself 5 or 6 nights a week.

Can do a minimum of 6 months February - July, maybe longer depending on how life unfolds!

Please no substance abuse, smoking, or pets. Would like a rental reference and explanation/proof of income.
