Looking for a third roommate for a three bedroom apartment in a luxury apartment building with several amenities including gym, pool, sauna, party room, library, and outdoor terrace. Located in Downtown Core near Union Station. Apartment unit is a corner unit with lots of lighting and balcony, view of CN Tower and Lakeshore. Each bedroom is located in a separate corner of the unit, meaning no one shares a wall with a roommate. In unit laundry, updated kitchen with dishwasher, spacious living area. Room available-den with window wall on one side, sliding glass door to the balcony.

Samruddhi is a 28 year old software engineer who recently moved to Canada, super down to Earth and outgoing. Meghan is turning 23 end of month, a part time student in London working towards a social degree, and been working in Toronto for the past two years. We’re looking for someone willing to sign a 12 month lease with us, and plan to stay here for several years.
