The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms, a shared room, a living room, a furnished kitchen, a bathroom and a big shared balcony.

(For rent) The first bedroom is a furnished room with private balcony and medium/small closet. It is located close to the entrance.

(For rent) The second one has a 1.5m drawer and a big closet. This room has a lot of sun in the morning and is close to the living space.

The last one is just my bedroom.

The apartment is located in the centre of Plateau Mont-Royale. It’s only a few streets from parc Laurier and parc Lafontaine. Nearby, you’ll find convenient store, cheap grocery, library, community pool, and many more little shop such has library and thrift shop.

About me; Hi my name is Mika (23) and I am currently completing my Film Production degree at Concordia. I love climbing, bicycling and of course … cinema!
