Bright, roomy basement apartment in a newer house (less than 10 years old) in a location that’s near to everything! Shared driveway, and kitchen/laundry shared with just me! Hydro etc. is included, only additional cost is $31/month for wifi. BONUS: you can keep the TV that’s already in the bedroom if you’d like!

I spend a lot of time at work and the gym, or out on hikes/walks on my days off. I like keeping the place clean for my own sanity, and would appreciate having a roommate that thrives in a clean environment as well. I get along well with all types of people and enjoy being social as much as I enjoy my alone time.
