About the room
I am sub-leasing my furnished room in our 3-bedroom apartment until August 2023 with the possibility of extending your stay. We are looking for someone who is also a student completing their undergrad or masters.
The unit is fully furnished as well and includes utilities excluding hydro. Some of the perks of our place include our large balcony with a beautiful view of waterloo and access to a clean fitness centre and study lounge!!
Parking is available for $100/month underground.
My roommates are two incredible, kind and tidy Laurier students (I am at Uwaterloo). We are looking for the right person who would be a great fit at our place!
About the roomies
My roommates are two second year Laurier students, fun, friendly and really easy to get along with! We love to sit down and chat or watch a film together in the living room or just hangout! We sometimes have wine and cheese nights!
