It’s one bedroom apartment and I have the room, the living space is available. It is a central location to go to anywhere in GTA. There are multiple grocery stores including Costco, parks, within 5-10 min walking distance. The building is neat and the apartment is renovated recently.

I’m easy-going, respectful, organized, and clean individual in my 30’s. I have 4 years of experience living with roomies so I am very comfortable talking about rules to promote a chill and friendly atmosphere. A good vibe atmosphere is what is most important for me, at the end your home is where you want to go back to unwind and rest. I like outdoor activities like hiking, cycling( or pretty much any sport).
