3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse. Fenced in backyard. unfinished basement with laundry. Close to Southgate LRT and transit. Plenty of space. Room is unfurnished but I’ve got kitchen, dining room, and living room furniture. A treadmill and some home workout stuff in the basement you’re free to use. I’m looking for a roommate until the lease is up end of July. You’re welcome to use the streaming services, internet, etc., all included in what you’d pay for rent.

I’m a 35 year old man, just broke up with my partner so looking for a roommate until the lease is up here. I work in insurance and work from home so occupy two of the bedrooms but don’t spend a lot of time in the living room. I travel for work occasionally so you’d have the place to yourself every so often. I’m tidy, have a cat, I don’t drink or smoke but don’t care if you do as long you don’t smoke inside. I’m pretty easy going, if you want to hangout and chat that’s good with me and I’m also fine to just leave you mostly alone if that’s what you prefer.
