This is a one bedroom basement apartment but we share the front door entrance to the house. The basement apartment has a locked door once downstairs though so full privacy. I am a single parent with 2 kids. We would be living upstairs. You would have a full bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, nice big main area for couches and tv, storage. There is a parking spot on the driveway. Tenant to pay 1/3 of utilities. I could put a separate washer and dryer in your apartment too.
