Westridge Place

1 Master BDRM WestRidge Place (Townhouse), Abby I live in a 3-floor townhouse with a private garage in Westridge Place. The home has 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. I am looking for someone to fill the Master Bedroom. It can either be a couple or a single person (guy or girl) or friends that are willing to share the room. I am looking at a February 14 move-in date. The rent would be $1,100 plus utilities. Westridge Place includes a gym, cinema, pool, hot tub, recreation area, BBQ terrace, floor hockey room, guest suites, and a pool table only a minute walk away from my unit. I am also very quiet and clean. I have 2 golden retrievers living in the townhouse. The garage will also have a decent amount of storage available. No smoking allowed.
