Rental Terms: Temporary Sublet. I have permission from building management to Sublet. You may have a possibility to sign a 1 year contract later.

Building: New 1 yo building with lots of amenities such as gym, lounges, study rooms, conference rooms, bbq zones, sky zones etc

Room: Shared spaces are fully furnished but you will only have a bed frame+mattress and mirrors in your room (will share a bed frame pics if interested)

I’m from Ukraine, female, in my early 20s, UI Designer, working from home. Would like to find someone who works from office so we don’t distract each other! Very tidy, would love to live with someone who keeps shared spaces clean as well. Love love love animals which is why I’m dog-sitting from time to time.
