Stephen's room

This is a nice open plan basement suite with two individual bedrooms and one shared bathroom. The bedroom I’m renting is furnished with a bed, dresser, desk and office chair. The kitchen has a full sized fridge and a dish washer. There is a laundry and dryer machine in a separate room that is shared with the upstairs neighbors.

The large backyard is great area to hang out with friends around theb fire pit in the summer time . The house is also located with in walking distance of a couole bus stops, no frills, barbers dentists and a few fast food restaurants.

I am currently working full time as an enviromental technician. My work quite often involves long shifts and trips on the road for up to 5 days, but always back for the weekends. I have a dog who I got from the humane society last year. She is shy, but lots of fun once she opens up to you. (The upstairs neighbors also have 2 cats). Unfortunately we can’t have any more pets in this residence.

In my free time during the summer I love to go mountain biking in the river valley. I’m also a bit of a nerd and enjoy playing D&D with my upstairs neighbors on a semmi regular basis and have a load of other hobbies including 3d printing and video games.

The main things I’m looking for in a roommate is someone who is reliable and likes to keep things tidy. And, a wouldn’t mind taking care of Ripley while I’m away with work.
