1 Fully Furnished Room (Most Furnitures looks brand new still) is available for students or working professionals (preferably female) in a fully renovated and NON SMOKING home with two washrooms available starting September 2024.

The house is located just a few minutes distance from downtown Brantford, Laurier University and Conestoga College.

Shared kitchen fully equipped, basement (exercise room), dining and dinette room, living room, washrooms, laundry (washer and dryer). Good size backyard (maintained by landlord) with outdoor patio furniture and front porch with ample parking.

All utilities, including High Speed Internet, included in rent at $900 per room. Parking for additional fee

There’s currently two ladies who are very clean and kind renting. Anyone will be blessed to be living with them!
