One bedroom available in a beautiful and well kept three bedroom home. There is a shared kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. Laundry onsite and parking is available. Just a 10 minute drive to the University and a 5 min drive to grocery stores. All utilities included with the exception of internet, which is split among all the tenants.

Currently 2 young working professional females living in the house and a very friendly cat. We are both clean and quiet and are respectful of each others space. We are looking for either a mature student or young working professional (females only). No pets or smokers please.
