House has 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms, rec room, full finished but NOT furnished basement, A/C , has security system, house is furnished upstairs.
You furnish bedroom and basement if wish. Currently 1 puppy and 1 kitten live here too, both well trained and very cute.
Basement room is freshly painted and new ceiling tiles! The upstairs room will be repainted very soon!
