Location location location….This townhouse is literally a 2 minute walk beach. It is located right in the Nautical village in Pickering. Closest to the Lake. Due to security only serious inquiries will have photos sent. We split the bills in half. The room that is being rented out has a balcony and a view to the lake. There is also a covered terrace facing Liverpool from the living room that we share and is my favorite spot to people watch. The room you will be renting is located on the main floor and I am upstairs so we have a little personal space. We share the shower upstairs or we can arrange for you to have your own bathroom. I love this space and looking to share if with someone who loves boats and the water. Im hoping to meet someone like minded and hopefully to even be friends with. Balcony. All utilities included. On the water. Pool. Parking Spot. Shared. Lots of amenities. We are splitting the cost and that is the coat of living right on the water and having a lake view. Only serious inquiries please.
