There are four bedrooms upstaires with a shared bathroom among those roommates, and a private bathroom in the basement all to yourself complete with shower and newly replaced water softening/light-up detachable shower head. Space in the basement is mostly yours as the roommates only tend to come down to do laundry. Shared washer/dryer in the room next to yours (it’s not too loud I promise, and I’m a pretty light sleeper). Tons of extra storage. Comes with a 5-tier Ikea shelf to store food, mini fridge and large black mirror in perfect condition (Optional - I can take these out before I go, I just don’t need them where I’m going). There are two cutie cats living there already, so please no extra pets. No parking available, unfortunately. The cost for rent would be $500 per month plus utilities and wifi 😇 Living room on middle floor is fully furnished with couches, coffee table, new TV and dining table.
