Situated on top floor of the building with views facing North, West, and South West. The unit is the largest in the building.

The rooms are spaced out and building is concrete frame therefore its quite. The condo is furnished and includes secured underground parking, Bike storage, and additional secure storage locker available should you need it. In-suite laundry, dishwasher, new fridge, and new stove.

No pets, no smoking, need references and you will need to fill out an application form noting references and background checks will only be done prior to signing lease once your interest is confirmed. One year lease and month-to-month afterward. Term flexible and can be discussed.
