1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment for rent. This is a short term rental for 5 months. September to January. The kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, and living room are shared. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed or can be unfurnished. The apartment is in the Little Italy/Dows Lake area. It is within walking distance to public transportation off Carling, Bronson, or Preston. The apartment is minutes away from Carleton University and many great restaurants on Preston as well as the scenic Dows Lake and bike paths. No pets please.

I work full time the regular Monday to Friday. I like to keep things clean and tidy but I am not a neat freak. I am looking for a young professional or student to rent out the room.
