I’m looking for a roommate to split the rent on this condo that will be fully furnished by April first. I’m in the military for a few more years until I get my education benefits and then will become a full time student.

My work sometimes takes me out of the city so I won’t be as present for a few months sometimes.

I’d appreciate a clean and tidy roommate who will help with cleaning common areas someone easy to work with.

I do not mind taking the smaller bedroom or the master bedroom.

Other then that I usually like to keep to myself and don’t really expect much interaction with my roommates, other then managing times to share appliances.
