I have two separate unfurnished rooms available to share in a 3 bedroom townhouse. $1000/month each room, or $1900/month for both rooms. Looking for one or two roomies (females preferred) to share. If you rent both room, one room can be used as bedroom and the other one as home office. Shared bathroom between the two rooms, or you have your own bathroom if you rent both rooms. Share kitchen/living area laundry. Can be furnished if needed at additional cost. All billed utilities will be shared among roomies.

Quite, very clean, non-smokers. No pet, please. Working professionals or students preferred. Short-term or long term.
