Avenue Gatineau

Hello I have one bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom home, this unit is shared with one Carleton University Student. We are looking for someone responsible and can keep up their rent. This room is the master bedroom with its own closet and light in the closet. Also willing to sell any furniture you may need to furnish this room or to help furnish the living room. It is 700 + gas and hydro which ends up being about another 100 a month. Open to early move in date if needed.

There is one male living here currently in his first year of Carleton for a degree in sociology, very on top of studies and works from home so must be reasonable with noise during working hours.
